Terms and Conditions

  1. All vendors will abide by event management rules and regulations.

  2. Vendors are required to obtain any licensing or permits they may require.

  3. All vendors and staff will follow any non smoking regulations unless in designated area.

  4. Vendors are required to occupy there stall space during the entire event duration.

  5. Vendors will only offer/sell product that has been disclosed in the application.

  6. All the vendors property is at the risk of the vendor and event management is not liable for lost or damaged property.

  7. All application fees must be paid prior to 90 days before event date. Any cancellation within the 90 days will be subject to a $200 administrative fee.

  8. If a vendor fails to make the payment, event management has the right to cancel the contract without notice.

  9. Vendors will agree to all exhibits and product/services will remain intact and on display till the final end time and date of the faire.

  10. No vendor will be given exclusive rights to a certain product or service.

The indoor market will be in the same space as the knight tournament sharing the arena. The floor is dirt. Spaces for these spots will be limited to a first come first serve.
